I really like your dps because the colour scheme cooperates with the front page cover. The similar style will make it obvious that that was the star on the front cover. Also i think the white gradient is very effective in creating dimension to the page. Small little things pull your magazine down e.g a page number. Overall i think your dps is very effective and looks professional.
